*** TIP #1 (The obvious one)
Think about it.
If you allow for more downloads than uploads then whats going to happen?
Set your max total upload limit to the same (or higher) as downloads.
(settings>file transfers>queuing)
(if you havn't realised already!)
If we all do this then queing will become less of a problem.
(never none, but less)
If you have max uploads lower than max downloads and
you hate queuing. Then your not helping the situation.
(you can still use the same ammount of bandwidth if you so wish)
*** TIP #2 (the not so obvious one)
Download the winmx addon called 'MXLinx' from the sharepoint website.
This helps reduce ques by STOPPING PEOPLE WHO DO NOT SHARE from
downloading from you. It does this by a couple of different ways.
It also has other features to help avoid downloading from the LOWLIFES that
share WRONGLY NAMED or CORRUPT files, but you'll have to read about that
yourself on the sharepoint website.
Follow the instructions carefuly. If you have problems there are help pages
and forums to guide you. (if you are a newbie then dont get put off by the seemingly
complicated instructions. it is very easy when you get to use it for a bit)

Please keep this file exact, but change the file name to>
'TXT - How we can All Avoid QUES!!! (##RANDOM_FILM_NAMES##).MPG'
