You must also specify if the program is fully functional (cracked, or serial ), or if it is a
demo.
I won't trade fully functional programs for demo's, sorry. Althought, I will trade for Rockwell
Software even if you don't have the activations, as long as it is something that I don't already
have. Also, I will not trade for old DOS based software. No one really has an interest in it.
Almost all of my Allen Bradley/Rockwell software will require activation. I do not supply
activations for these programs. I do happen to have some cracks and activations but it takes
some special uploading of particular programs, or cracks for other software to get these from me.
Do not email me asking me just asking, "How can I get the files?" Here is how you get the files.
Email me with a list of PLC related software that you have to trade with me. I will then send
you the information to log onto the server and VIEW (you will not be able to download yet) the
software that I have to offer. After deciding which programs that we will be trading, you will
upload your software to the server. You will then be able to download (get the files) the
software that you requested. I require all of your software to be uploaded FIRST. I will make
exceptions as needed.
Please note that my software is not not free, you must TRADE for it. If you feel that this is
unfair, simply try finding the software somewhere else.
1. If you are trading a complete CD (this is the preferred method), an image of thel CD must be
made using CloneCD (I have a free hacked version for download). Then upload the image after you
zip or rar it.
2. ALL software must be in a zip or rar format before uploading it.
3. If you are supplying a crack, authorizations, or activations that make the program the full
version, you must also supply a .txt file that describes how to install the authorizations,
crack or activation.
4. If the software needs a serial number to make it the full version, you must supply the serial
number in a text file with the upload.
5. Please try and use an FTP client that allows resuming of file uploads/downloads. If a
connection loss is encountered, you must resume the upload/download. If you are not able to
resume the upload/download then you will have to start all over at the beginning. So, if
connection losses become problematic and you are unable to resume where you left off at, please
split the large file up into smaller pieces as it is easier to reupload one small file than it
is to reupload the entire file.

I will not trade with persons using a dial-up connect, persons unfamiliar with using an FTP
client, persons not able to make an image of a CD using CloneCD, or persons that do not know how
to rar or zip a file. I just don't have time to teach people how to do these types of things.
If you are part of a PLC software related company, you are forbidden to view or download software,
or partake in any activity on my server. In doing so, you will forfeit any legal rights that you
may have previously had.
I currently have the ablility to upload data to you at about 40KBs. Please limit you logins to 2.
Numerous logins lead to bandwidth hogging. If you are needind a file fast, email me and we can
work something out to give you as much bandwidth as possible. Generally bandwidth isn't a
problem. The problem generally lies in unstable DSL transfers. Occassionally, a DSL user will
email me saying that the transfer rates are terrible. I have found that the problem to reside on
the DSL side. So please don't blame me for slow transfer rates if you are using DSL. If multiple
users are downloading at the same time, then the bandwidth is spread evenly between them. I have
found that cable users get faster rates simply because they are using a Cable modem.
