A full set (usually 30) of lessons winds up being greater than 500 Mega Bytes in 1 file. Much harder
for many people to succeed in getting the file downloaded. Personally, I split it up into 3 ZIP files.
Each 1 is less than 200 MB in size.

Anyone who has tried to download Pimsleur panguage programs has found it to be difficult.
The files are often hard to find, incomplete, or poor quality. They are also very slow coming down
and it can take weeks before selected files are actaully downloaded. On top of that there
are always the few lessons that can't be found, making your language course incomplete.
Fortunately, I have found a great way to share Pimsleur language files that eliminates all of these
problems. It is so simple and easy to do I am surprised no one has done it before. The solution is
to zip the complete program (all 30 lessons) into one file so it can be easily downloaded.
One problem, nobody is sharing these files so it is up to you to create them...if you have a complete
pimsleur language program please take ten minutes to zip it into one file. Remember, you wouldn't be
able to download anything if other people didn't make the effort to share it with you. If everyone who
read this note would share the pimsleur they already have in a zip file, within a week almost any
pimsleur program could be downloaded with ease.
Winzip can be downloaded free at www.winzip.com and is simple to use. Just drag the files and drop them
on the winzip program. Then name the file appropriately and make sure you are sharing it. A few things
to keep in mind: make sure all the sound files are complete and have good bitrate, 96 is ideal but anything
56 or above is acceptable. I will be sharing Spanish I and II sometime in the next few days(spanish III is
already available-search for a zip file-not a sound file to find it).
