I installed this on xp-sp2 intel celeron 933 and it seems to be working perfectly :-)
btw, the keygen by zwt (at 2baksa and elsewhere) generates valid serials but does
NOT work for activation, this cracked exe does however :-)
Instructions (not included) should read:

1. download and unrar cs3 and the crack. Delete all rar files.
2. doubleclick the adobe extractor and extract all files to a folder somewhere.
(you are NOT installing it, simply extracting the files that will be used
to install it) (needs @ 525 mb. of space).
3. Check "launch cs3" and press "finish" when done extracting (or go into the folder you
just extracted into, and doubleclick on "setup") (It needs @ 1.1 gigs of space for
full install). Installation will take little awhile. (Like long enough to take a sho
wer, make breakfast and read the paper). It will start to try to connect to the
internet @ 75% of the way through install, block it now and forever after with your
firewall). When done, you can now delete the extracter and all files with it and the
whole folder you just installed from (frees up @ a gig).
4. go into the crack folder and copy the cs3 exe in there.
5. paste it into the cs3 folder (c/program files/adobe/cs3 unless you changed default
install location) overwriting the one already there.
6. enjoy :-)

the crack file also includes the
cs3 Banknote Protection Removal Tool
(I'm not sure if this makes any difference or not, but I uninstalled cs2
(NOT saving activation info or preferences) BEFORE installing cs3
(I didn't want to take a chance on deleting a needed/shared component by removing
it later, and photoshop has NEVER installed "over" previous versions, it always installs
in its own subfolder, right next to your previous version in adobe's folder).
