Ok, this instrument was a bitch to get working without the setup program but it's possible.
This is how I did it. I can't guarantee that it'll work for YOU but it worked for me.
First of all, run the authorization tool and use the included keygen.
Then copy the VST plugin (PersonalOrchestraVST.dll) to your VSTplugins folder or a subfolder
(I put it in the Native Instruments folder).
And now comes the tricky part! Run Regedit (select to run a program from the start menu and type Regedit).
Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Native Instruments > GARRITAN PERSONAL ORCHESTRA. You'll need to change two keys.
Find the Contentdir key and set it to the folder containing the library files. Then set InstallDir to the same folder.
Then try running Cubase and add the Personal Orchestra instrument. If it tells you that you need to re-install
the instrument, it didn't work but I finally got it to work.
NOTE: The standalone app gave me problems. First of all you get the chance to pick the folder containing the library
when you start it, but it won't accept ANY folder. It also seemed to clear the reg line with the installdir path,
which seems to be needed for the VST plugin. So, don't use the stand-alone!
Why would you want to use it anyway? Use the VST plugin.
