Warning!!
This is a virus/trojan that is installed with the name smssas.exe in C:\Windows directory, and also with the name svchost.exe in the same folder. (look at the program identical icon).
If you have XP, click Ctrl+Alt+Del to display the task manager. Locate the smssas.exe and kill it.
Delete this file from c:\windows and also delete svchost.exe (this file name is used also for the system services of XP, so only delete the file under c:\windows. Other files in system32 directory are correct)
Now go to Start/execute (I have a spanish win XP version so I don't known the exactly name. Something like this..) and type: regedit
Press enter to start the register manager. Click Ctrl+B and type smssas.exe to search this file.
Delete all entries but not one that put something like: 'Shell explorer.exe smssas.exe'
This entry must be modified (right click over this key and press modify). Delete the 'smssas.exe' string and accept. It looks linke 'Shell explorer.exe' after this.
Restart your system.
