ANTI-"Mind Control" Experiments
Since it appears that using scalar or microwave energies for the
purpose of doing mental manipulations on people looks like a very real
thing, I would like to suggest possible means of defense against these
scientific abominations. Although general protection from Pulse Code
Modulated microwaves can probably be found by staying inside steel or
concrete buildings, the possible use of scalar energies for the purpose
of manipulation are a unique problem.
Because scalar energies appear to exist in higher dimensions of
space-time, they are not slowed or blocked by any standard shielding
systems which do not extend into those higher dimensions. As such,
there appears to be no protection from scalar energies targeted at you.
However, there are two methods that may afford some protection from
these detrimental scalar energies. The first one is that the scalar
energies from what I understand interact with the subtle energies of
the body that make up the auric/emotional body. As such, it may be
possible to block scalar effects by mentally erecting a shield or
barrier around you to only allow positive beneficial energies to reach
you and all others to be blocked. This may set up a psychic perimeter
of defense to keep the scalar energies from affecting your energy
fields. Yes, this is not too scientific, but it might be testable..
The second method is that it may be possible to negate the effects of
these detrimental scalar fields using modified noise-cancellation
hardware. From what I understand these scalar energies would have to be
more powerful than all the other background scalar energies to have an
effect. As such, it may be possible to build a scanning mechanism to
locate strong sources of scalar energies, then locking onto and
tracking that scalar signal while producing an anti-signal to cancel
out its effects.
The tracking mechanism is no really big deal.. use two stepper motors
to rotate the receiver probe, and send the detected signal strengths to
the computer via A/D converters. Scan the entire sky from horizon to
horizon to build a 3-D strength map and then track the strongest signal
as it moves across the sky by .
It might use an array of nine scalar receivers arranged in a 3x3 grid
to make detection of signal-strength change easier.. Just hold the
probe in one spot and as the signal moves, it is detected as getting
stronger by some of the probes around the periphery and weaker in the
center. Then retarget the center probe on the strongest periphery
location..
The scalar detector, 180 degree scalar phase changer, nullifying
transmitter, and accompanying hardware are all beyond my "expertise".
(Programming the tracking system in BASIC or a little machine language
on my absolutely ancient Apple IIe I could do, but not the heavy-duty
electronics..) But I think there are probably a number of people on
KeelyNet capable of designing and building such hardware. Anyone want
to give it a shot?
Let me know if there are important facts I am not noticing in this

Dale, I've yet to see ONE certifiable, reproducible scalar detector.
Anyone out there got one? That's been the number one problem in
getting anyone to try and do serious research on scalar
energy....conventional electronic equipment does not respond to scalar
energy. I concede the POSSIBILITY that scalar energy exists, but Tom
Bearden certainly hasn't shown me convincing evidence. Put a detector
in my hand. Activate it with a caduceus coil or bifilar wound coil -
then I'll believe...and I will research.

Hi Dale! See the file PLASMAFE and you will see that there are waves
that can penetrate any mass.
I believe the one described in the above paper is Hoopers' Motional
Field, which in essence is a PURE ELECTRIC WAVE...that is, it is NOT
electrostatic, thus won't be sapped by arcing from one particle of an
interfering mass to another, and it is NOT magnetic, thus not being
subjective to inductive sapping.
The Hooper Wave is quite fascinating and I've not yet decided if it is
a true scalar, though it has many of the properties and in fact is
created using the same techniques, but there are some anomalies still.
