I downloaded the 2.31Gb file and all txt and rar files that i found in emule and Ultra don't work.
But i found one way to do it work.
1 we need program for can crack it!!
Download from emule:

2 Unrar file inside a folder (Best in C:\ultra or similar) or u can burn it in a dvd.
3 If u have problems installing maybe cause u have got directx 9.0c.
For correct this:
From the Desktop, click the Start Button.
Choose Run from the start menu
copy and paste: Msiexec /I C:\folderuwant\UKInst.msi SMSETUP=1
(Note that "folderuwant" is the folder where u unrar the Ultra rar file.)
Click the OK button. This will start the installation process. Once this step finishes, continue to the next step.
From the Desktop, open My Computer.
Navigate to the drive you installed ULTRA on and go to Program Files > Serious Magic > ULTRA(Ultra Key) > Bin > Inst
Locate the file named: ULTRABin.msi Double click this file. This will complete the installation process
(Note i only have a file inside "inst" folder called "UltraKeyBin.msi" run this if u only have this file too)
4 If u can't install trying the last step (don't work for me):
Right click on your desktop where there are no icons and select "New" "Shortcut". You will see the dialog window appear that will look something like image below. Click the browse button to find UKInst.msi.
Click it to highlight it and then click OK.
You're not done so please don't click the Next button yet.
Following the closing quote in the text you just entered, you'll need to enter SMSETUP=1
You can now click the Next > button.
Lastly, you'll need to supply a name for your shortcut.Then click the Finish button.
A shortcut icon will appear on your desktop. Double-click on the icon for install.
5 Install using this key: 8WNJ-VT8V-55ZQ-BK79
6 You Need to download the update ultra from Serious Magic website:
http://www.seriousmagic.com/help/UltraPatch2224.exe
(13.8 MB - Update v1.25.2224)
7 Install It (Really easy if u are in this point)
8 Now open the keygen file pdx-ukey.exe
9 The program will generate a fille called ultrakey.reg, click on it to import it into your registry. (click Ok in all windows)
10 Run Ultra from Desktop icon. Now u can enjoy ultra!!
