adobe CS6 series install instruction for offline activation with MKDEV patch
Instructions:
0. while installation disconected from internet.Once again,disconnected internet.
1. Patch host file. (127.0.0.1 lm.licenses.adobe.com 127.0.0.1 lmlicenses.wip4.adobe.com )
2. after hosts file edited,open command prompt,
ipconfig -flushdns
ipconfig -registerdns
ipconfig -renew
exit cmd.
3. Backup adobe_oobelib.dll to adobe_oobelib.dll.BAK & Replace adobe_oobelib.dll at
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\P6"
4. replace atmlib.dll with [ORIGINAL]atmlib.dll in all app dir. (Milkman's batch file is very good to do it)

you hav two option to install.
the most famous install with no problem for premiere encore ae speedgrade and Ps EXTENDED ed.
OPTION 1:
install as trial,run once CS6 apps like Ps as trial and exit then run again to serialize and activate in offline.
serialize and activate in offline datails ,goto 6.
OPTION 2:
Install CS6 with 1325-1421-1213-1243-1808-1920 or 1325-1454-9586-2264-4382-2254.
6. When it validating the serial, CLICK BLUE STIRING "Having trouble connecting to the internet?
& you will be redirected to activate offline, copy the request code to response
code to activate it.
example of code:

4*11 = 44 letters , the last letter is ' = ' .
then 'copy the request code[44 letters] ,paste to response code space to activate it.'
In my case I just copied the request code and paste it since adobe_oobelib.dll is already patched.
Note: If already installed, clean the lic
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore del this folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache\*.* del all files inside
Using an Internet logger I have found that the responsible program was adobe_licutil.exe in the directory
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\P6
and that it was contacting lm.licenses.adobe.com which resolve to
lmlicenses.wip4.adobe.com
Therefore I have created a firewall outbound rule to block this program using the Windows firewall and I have also added the following line to the host table
