I've been playing this Garmin game for years.
I see all of these unlock codes posted, but they
aren't worth a dam. For the maps that Unlock Code,
are needed, there is only ONE discrete code that
with work with your particular Garmin Unit.
Your Garmin Unit has a serial number from
which the Unlock code is generated.
ie.,
Garmin has a Key Generator for each locked map
that they sell. They put in the serial number
of YOUR GARMIN GPS and an unlock code is generated
to allow the downloaded maps to work with your
exact GPS unit and no one elses.
Many unlock codes will work with the software,
but there is only ONE (1) code that will actually
allow the software to work with your own GPS unit.
The only way to beat it to get a crack or an
update that UNPROGRAMS the Unlock Wizard or removes
it's call from the loop when installing the maps
on your GPS unit.
If you pay $800 or a $1,000 for a GPS you shouldn't
have to turn around and pay another $150 to
update software. It's just a rip off.
