18+ games for free huh? Sounds good doesn't it. The saying is true, if it sounds too good 2 B true, it usually is .....This is a setup to disable your PSP machine.-----That being said, there's a way around this and you don't have to be a hacker, you just have to be able to add 1+2=3.
Just for your own personal knowledge, Whoever created this has set a trap.I tried installing these and setting them up on my PSP (not the upgraded version) and what happened was that it recognized a (UMD Launcher) and it was a black screen. I pressed all other buttons and nothing would happen, so I rebooted the machine. Guess what? It booted up under those same terms,With a game in the UMD tray or not it will boot up with the black screen and you will be able to do nothing. Seemingly a dead machine.
If this has happened to you, here's what you do to fix it!
You may or may not need another memory card.
I took the memory card out and replaced it with another card because I assumed that the problem was with what I had put on the first card in the first place.
(You may not have to replace the card) however, you do need to remove the card with the files that you just placed on there (all of that pirated UMD setup crap).
1) Remove your memory card from your PSP now.
2) next, take out your battery.
3) Then plug in your PSP with the cord (battery recharge cord) and start the machine using the cord power.............without the battery in the machine.
................take battery out, plug in machine with cord and start machine.
4) As you can see, the machine starts fine without the offending battery/memorycard connection.
5) I assume you got the UMD loaders and games on your PSP with a USB cord.
Now, with the machine running by using the power cord,put in the (offending) memory card (with all of the problem PSP material).... navigate inside your PSP machine by using the "USB Connection" on your PSP screen. When it opens, delete all of the material that you put on there that is associated with the UMD Loader...............you know the pirated stuff that caused this.............
6) Now turn the machine off and put your battery back in.........................Everything should be running fine now.
