DOWNLOADING THE RETAIL VERSION
To download the retail version you need to go to our
downloads page and log in. The address for this page is:
http://www.alcohol-software.com/download.php
Once you are there, select the required file. The link
should say "downloads.alcohol-software.com/members".
Do not use a download accelerator to download the retail
version, as this can cause a corrupted download.
Please also be sure to check the "Installation Notes"
on this page.
When entering your serial# be sure that it does not
contain any line breaks or gaps and is pasted as a
continuous string into the registration box.
If you are having problems downloading the retail
version, or entering your serial# please check the

known for Hotmail accounts to truncate the serial
number, you can check your serial number online by
