AP Guitar Tuner 1.0 Readme file
Audio Phonics Guitar Tuner is a fast and accurate guitar tuner available for windows 95/98/NT/2000. Using proprietary pitch recognition technology, the program can finds exact notes in less than 50ms latency. The recognition technology also adapts to the speed of the processor for the smooth tracking. The program is easy to use, good looking and best of all it's free.
To install: run the file apguitarsetup.exe. After this follow the directions to install the program.
To run: the program is ready to use as soon as you start. Make sure you have a way of recording your guitar, either through the microphone or a direct connection into the microphone jack. Also, make sure your mixer recorder settings are selected to microphone. More help is available in the program itself.
This is freeware, so distribute it to your friends, coworkers, or anyone else you wish to give it to. You can place the program on public servers provided you do not charge for the program (details are discussed in the end-user license agreement when you install the program).
