Copy this string to the license file at first line.
FEATURE quartus alterad 2010.01 permanent uncounted HOSTID=???????????? SIGN="7777777777777777"
Change HOSTID=???????????? to yours
HOSTID it's your NIC(ethernet card) phisical address
If you don't have Ethernet card use DISK_SERIAL_NUM=???????????? instead of HOSTID
DISK_SERIAL_NUM it's your Hard disk serial number
Install QuartusII ver. 3.0 full and service pack 2 if you need it (recommended).
Open sys_cpt.dll with any HEX Editor program from \quartus\bin\ directory.
Find those addresses: 31588 change from 55 to 33
31589 change from 8B to C0
31590 change from EC to C3
Save changes.
